Promotion Terms and Conditions

8 weeks for free offer terms and conditions

​

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘8 weeks for free’ promotion run by Toot Toot Early Learning Centre (or any of its subsidiaries or related bodies corporate) (‘Toot Toot Early Learning Centre’) and apply in addition to the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.

​

This promotion commences at 6:30 (AEST) on Monday, 2 March 2026 and ends at 6:30pm (AEST) on Tuesday, 31 March 2026 (‘Promotion Period’), unless otherwise extended or ended earlier in Toot Toot Early Learning Centre’s sole discretion.

This promotion is available only at Toot Toot Early Learning Centre Melton and Werribee services listed in the Participating Services section below (‘Participating Service(s)’).

This promotion is available only to new enrolments who complete enrolment at a Participating Service during the Promotion Period (‘Eligible Enrolment(s)’).

​

This promotion is offered to:

​

a. New or waitlisted families, whose child/ren have not previously attended a Toot Toot Early Learning Centreservice (‘New Family/ies’) and who enrol at a Participating Service during the Promotion Period. The enrolment must be validly completed at the Participating Service during the Promotion Period.

To be eligible:

​

a. New Families must complete their enrolment at a Participating Service during the Promotion Period and commence attendance at that Participating Service on or before Tuesday, 31 March 2026

(‘Eligible Enrolment(s)’).

​

Once an Eligible Enrolment has been validated by the Participating Service’s Executive Service Manager, the Eligible Enrolment will receive 8 weeks of free care at the Participating Service, limited to the Eligible Enrolment’s enrolled days, which will be automatically claimed and applied from the Eligible Enrolment’s first day of attendance at the Participating Service until the end of the Promotion Period.

For the avoidance of doubt and for clarity:

– In relation to New Families, this promotion only applies to enrolled days which are during the Promotion Period

The promotion enrolment days are subject to availability at the Service and offered at the Executive Service Manager’s sole discretion.

Offer is valid for enrolments with a minimum of 2 days per week

​

A child enrolling with a service must be eligible for Child Carse Subsidy (CCS)

​

Toot Toot Early Learning Centre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any enrolment it deems to be fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of any applicable enrolment form.

​

This promotion:

​

a. is subject to availability of care at the Participating Service;

b. cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount; and

c. is not available to any staff members or employees of Toot Toot Early Learning Centre.

Toot Toot Early Learning Centre reserves the right to cancel, amend and/or withdraw this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

Toot Toot Early Learning Centre accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, loss, damage or delay arising from, in connection with, or in any way related to participation in this promotion.
