Promoter: Toot Toot Childcare

Eligible Locations: Toot Toot Childcare Werribee and Toot Toot Childcare Melton

Campaign Period: 20 February 2026 to 20 March 2026

By participating in this promotion, families agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

​

1. Eligibility

​

1.1 This promotion is available to new families only.

​

1.2 A new family is defined as a family that has not previously had a child enrolled at Toot Toot Childcare, including any current or former enrolments at Werribee or Melton locations.

​

1.3 Families who have previously enrolled and withdrawn, or who are re-enrolling, are not eligible.

​

 

2. Enrolment Requirements

​

2.1 To qualify for the promotion, the child must be enrolled between 20 February 2026 and 20 March 2026 inclusive.

 

2.2 The child must commence care at Toot Toot Childcare Werribee or Toot Toot Childcare Melton during this Campaign Period.

 

2.3 The child must remain continuously enrolled for a minimum of six consecutive weeks from the commencement date.

 

2.4 The six-week enrolment period must be uninterrupted. If enrolment is cancelled, suspended, or terminated before the completion of six consecutive weeks, the family will not be eligible for the gift card.

3. Payment Requirements

​

3.1 All childcare fees for the full six-week qualifying period must be paid in full.

 

3.2 Payments must be made by the due dates set by the Centre.

 

3.3 Any unpaid, partially paid, overdue, or disputed balances at the end of the six-week period will result in ineligibility.

 

3.4 Fees include all applicable session fees and agreed enrolment charges relating to the six-week qualifying period.

4. Gift Card Details

​

4.1 Eligible families will receive one $200 grocery gift card.

 

4.2 The gift card may be issued as a Coles or Woolworths gift card at the Centre’s discretion. The specific retailer will be determined by the Centre.

 

4.3 The gift card will be issued within three business days after:

 

• Completion of six consecutive weeks of enrolment; and

• Confirmation that all applicable fees have been paid in full.

4.4 Limit of one gift card per eligible family, regardless of the number of children enrolled.

5. Gift Card Conditions

​

5.1 The gift card is subject to the issuing retailer’s terms and conditions, including expiry and redemption policies.

 

5.2 The gift card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for alternative products or fee credits.

 

5.3 The Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused gift cards once issued.

 

5.4 Toot Toot Childcare is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Coles or Woolworths in connection with this promotion.

6. Disqualification

​

The gift card will not be issued if:

 

• Enrolment is cancelled before commencement

• The child withdraws before completing six consecutive weeks

• Fees remain unpaid, overdue, partially paid, or disputed

• False, incomplete, or misleading information is provided

 

The Centre’s assessment of eligibility is final, subject to rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

7. No Cash Alternative

​

The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be substituted or backdated for enrolments outside the Campaign Period.

8. Verification

 

The Centre reserves the right to verify enrolment records, payment history, and eligibility before issuing the gift card.

9. General

​

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

The Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for legal or operational reasons, provided such amendments do not affect families who have already satisfied all eligibility criteria.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
